Shipping Policy

Shipping available to U.S addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Shipment Time: Once your order is placed, processing time typically takes between 3 to 4 business days. Within our processing time, your order will leave our facility and be handed over to the shipping carrier within this timeframe. Please note that the processing and shipment timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or the preferred contact method you provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches your destination. Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the postal carrier, TCGREALM no longer holds responsibility for the order's safe and timely delivery. We work diligently to package and dispatch your orders with care, but we cannot control the actions or events that may occur during the shipping process. Therefore, we kindly request that you review the following information:

  1. Loss or Damage: In the unfortunate event that your order is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, TCGREALM will work with you to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. However, we cannot guarantee outcomes or timelines for such claims, as they are subject to the carrier's policies and procedures.

  2. Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. TCGREALM will ship orders to the address provided, and any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be our responsibility.

Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, there might be instances when delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed about any delays and work diligently to resolve the situation.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you may return any eligible item within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or accept returns.

Return Policy: We accept returns on purchases within 30 days from the date of delivery. Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you wish to return your purchase for any reason other than those mentioned in the refund policy, you may do so under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in brand new, re-sellable condition

  • Items must be shipped back to us for inspection where then refunds will be cleared for process

Refund Policy: We offer refunds under certain circumstances. If you encounter any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a refund:​

  • Incorrect items were sent in your order

  • Incorrect/Missing Items were sent in your order
